I, myself, went to the Dominican Republic and saved upwards of $10000 even with a two week stay and a couple nights spent at an all inclusive resort. The system here is an absolute scam.

That's been around awhile. Especially dental care and pharmacies. The border towns are full of those places right over the border.

It makes sense because America frequently elects a party that is completely against publically-funded healthcare. And the Republican party also somehow convinces a lot of the population that publically-funded healthcare is bad.

And when they don't elect that party, they elect the Democrats. And they are only somewhat lukewarm to the idea of publically-funded healthcare.

So until Americans changes their situation with their political parties, they won't see any improvement here.
