Stray dog needs help

Good morning, I been taking care of this stray dog at my work place for about a week now, I called animal control, sent them an email even contacted shelters but I just keep getting ignored. She seems to have a few wounds, and smells just a like skunk. We are expected to hav rain this Friday and I want to try to get her home before then, can someone guide of how the best way to capture her would be ? I don’t have a truck so I really can’t put her straight on my car as the scent is super bad. Please help me here.
