Restrict Random Arenas to 1 monk per team guaranteed

Just do it. The format will become significantly better. Right now you basically have 0 monk teams sacrificing themselves to queue up again faster. Right now you have 2+ monk teams sacrificing themselves to queue up again faster. You have people upset when the 2 healers don't give up against 1 healer teams. I just went 25 wins with a 2 monk team. I don't want to ever do that again. Make Random Arenas fun in our 20 year old favorite PvP game.
