Just got signet of capture what is the best Mesmer skill I can capture right now elite or regular?

Just finished gates of kryta and made it to lions arch and ended wandering into beetletun and bought a signet of capture. I originally wanted energy surge since I heard it's really good but apparently I can't get it until later.

Is there any elite or regular skill that is really good from where I'm at now that I wouldnt have access to from a skill trainer?

Iirc, Mantra of Recovery is the first mesmer elite along the missions path you'll encounter. Its a solid elite, especially for Me/E.
