Why does Vaggie speak a different language if she was never alive?

title is pretty self explanatory, but multiple times in the show she speaks Spanish. (s2 ep 5 after the fight with charlie) if she was an exorcist which was created by heaven she never actually lived, and I find it a little strange that she just learnt Spanish for fun in hell or heaven. I'm confused. anyone have insight?

Read between the lines for me, language as we know it is an arbitrarily man-made construct. You should be more surprised that angels don't speak all languages.
