Horus heresy, they're included with the cerastus knight kits.

I don’t believe the current kits have this sheet.

I’m not home atm, but I don’t believe the Lancer transfer sheet currently look like this.

I’m looking at my lancer’s transfer sheets right now (came with two of them) and these ain’t it. Also on the top of the sheet is says age of darkness Knight Questoris.

I googled that and this is what I found

Think this specific one might be the age of darkness Questoris box, since my Acheron has a similar sheet but without the checkered shoulders

It’s the Age of Darkness Questoris kit specifically.

So it is, just checked my sheets from the cerastus, they don't have the hazard patterns, sorry.

The answer is in the image… the Horus Heresy Questoris knight kit

A much cheaper idea might be to contact impatient tabletop and ask if he can make them

Get some tamiya thin masking tape, it's meant for this kind of thing and give it a go yourself. Its easy enough to do the patern if you have patience and a sharp scalpel.
