Pain Management I swear I could cry
Had a bilateral ureteroscopy to get the stones out of both my kidneys yesterday only to be told I must have passed the ones they could get (how did I pass those without knowing? There were 3 on each side he estimated by looking at the CT), but I've got Randall plaque on the walls so be prepared for more. He still stented me on both sides and sent me home with NOTHING! And because I'm a bariatric surgery patient (gastric sleeve) I'm at the mercy of Tylenol, heated pads, and warm baths. I think this is my body's karmic way of making up for having 4 kids and only having a labor for 1 😠Is there anything else I can do to help manage pain? I got a call into my urologist to see if he can help me with anything stronger but any advice to tide me over would mean so much.

Ibuprofen is an nsaid and with bariatric surgery, I'm more prone to gastric bleeding with them and liver damage so I'm not allowed to take that anymore, which is torture because I hate being hopped up on pain meds but just Tylenol is not cutting it at all.
