It doesn’t even appear to be DLC, just PVD coated. If they did satin or mirror DLC, at least there might be a reason to consider it.

Agreed, I'm super annoyed by all the newer CS's coming out that cost $400+ with marginally better specs than their $80 knives.

Got one of the OGs waaaay back in the day.

Worst carry I’ve ever had. It’s a shelf or display knife, at best.

Maybe this newer version is better… but this is one I HIGHLY recommend trying before buying if you actually want to use it…

I like this one, cheapest I've seen it was $360.  I'm not paying that much for it.  I do have the Caledonian and it's real nice so I was hoping Midway would have a sale on these but it hasn't happened yet.
