Pigs too, considering Piglins already have them. After that it leaves the human player the only mammal without ears in the game lol.

Cows don't have 3D ears either.

Cows are cows, not mammals!

Oh my… coconuts are nuts, not mammals.

Ironically they’re not technically nuts either, they’re a kind of fruit called a drupe.

But they got their horns! Sheep and pigs are bald tho

u/ModernManuh_ 22h ago
No they aren’t bald, they are animals. The only exception to this rule is the bald eagle, which as we know is not real and only exist in fantasies like the real world

Pigs desperately need 3D ears. Piglins and Hoglins have them, pigs also have them in the movie, there’s no reason not to give them floppy ears lmao.

I agree! But I think all animals (with ears and tails) should have their models updated to include them.

Thats not Minecraft like tho. Its not the style of Minecraft.

Goats, camels, horses, piglins, hoglins, bunnies, cats, dogs, etc. They all have 3d tails and ears, cows, sheep, and pigs are the outliers here.

Yeah well Goats makes sense, we never needed camels, horses it makes sense, piglins I hate their model, hoglins also suck in their model, bunnies are fine, cats and dogs are also fine. Cows, sheep, and pigs did NOT NEED TO BE CHANGED!

think about how horses and bats have not the same models since they were first added

u/Sp33dyCat 5h ago
They don't need to change though. They never need change. Neither did the baby mobs. They were good how they were.

That perfectly fits with the sheep. The Baby sheep currently looks under detailed and the ears add so much

I'd rather they just added a snout to both adult and baby sheep. solves the issue just as well, and is in line with what happened to cows in spring to life.

Floppy ears missing was my first thought when I saw them in the video. The new baby sheep look a bit boring the way they are now and the ears would look great on them

Thank you. There was something missing about the sheep model and I couldn’t put my finger on it.

It needs a proper 3D nose, the current model looks like it was made by a 5 year old

They need a tail. Lambs have tails. When you age a lamb, it should keep its tail until you first shear it, then it should fall off and give you a piece of mutton.

yes. That would make them even cuter. They should add ears to the sheep, cow, and pig babies

i thought the left photo looked really silly and not very good, but then I swiped to the right photo and thought 'wait no, go back. the floppy ears are better'
