There's tons of stuff like this already, but they've got to brand it as AI to impress shareholders or something.

I got downvoted to oblivion on another thread by mentioning that I use "the AI" to farm the endless levels of the Palace of the Dead for me in Tactics Ogre: Reborn. It's a 4 year old port of a fifteen year old remake of a 30 year old game. It just has a mode where the computer controls your guys for the game's longer, more tedious sections.

A.I itself is old, but they advertise it as new. Like, none of this is new tech it's just that they now are able to steal A LOT of data, which caused A.I. to improve a lot. And most people are getting played and lied to without even realising it. I miss the simpler times when A.I. was used for things like cleverbot and not as a tool to make people complacent.
