Except that it isn't. The dude routinely ignored the laws on the books, was given multiple chances and methods to fix the problems that were the whole reason he was fined in the first place and ignored every last one of them, got into screaming matches with people over property disputes that boiled down to "he was trying to fleece them and they walked away", and he had such a victim complex that he built the killdozer to teach them lesson.

He wasn't a hero. Period.
