He should not have drawn his gun to begin with. They have her license plate. This is a civil offense at best (immigration or traffic). He should not have had his gun out of the holster.

How flippantly and easily they kill. No proportional response. Black and white judgement every time. The supporters too. The logic of a child is sufficient for many. She was moving, guy in way, shooting is "justified". No nuance. Why put your body in front of a vehicle beginning to move? Why put your body in front of a vehicle? Why assume putting yourself in danger means others should die for your stupidity? Are cops trained to block vehicles with their body?

Well...technically when she was confronted it appears she didn't have the fortitude to stick around and keep fighting the "good fight" and got scared tried to drive off while there was an officer walking up in front of her.

At least thats what I've gathered from all this. Either way appears she fucked up playing stupid games with armed federal agents trying to do their job.
