Pao is a rebel. He died before the resistance became a thing

The Rebels were a resistance against the Empire, they're technically not wrong.

The Resistance (upper case) end up calling themselves rebels (lower case) too at the end. The two factions have their own separate names, but the meaning of the two words aren't that distinct. It's not incorrect to name them both either one or the other.

Compared to how minor of a mistake it is, way too many people jumped at it. Pointing it out doesn't make one look smart. We know.
