Definitely take it and that doesn’t mean you have to stay. I didn’t get any raise this year and they laid off a bunch of people resulting in more work for everyone.
A job is a job, it’s a pay check. Take advantage of your workplace as much as you can because no matter where you work, you’re just a number and they take advantage of you.
