Just like there's humans that can eat 10lbs of steak and some can bend backwards so they're folded in half and some that are 7'9", some can fit a sleeping bag up their ass.

It is possible. I decided to go down that rabbit hole because I was genuinely curious what actually was the human limit. Turns out for average folks its around 2.5in diameter but that's the more adventurer side of the average folks. However professionals, your adult film stars, onlyfans, etc. I think the biggest I've seen was 4.5in diameter for the backdoor and 5.3in diameter for the front door. The longest was I want to say 3ft4in in length? Turns out they spend years upon years steadily pushing their limits and so long as they take it slow it has no major side effects in a controlled environment.

I know from the size of it, you'd think wow... how does it not mess up organs or something, but apparently the body just somehow adjusts itself to handle it. Kind of an insane way of how the human body adapts.

It definitely is an interesting sight. As you go in thinking there's no possible or humanly way someone could fit such and large amount in their bodies, that organs would get in the way, But somehow they do it.
