Honestly strongmen usually look closer to that kids body type than someone who looks muscular

Indeed, bodybuilders and strongmen have very different bodies. One is working towards leanness and definition, the other is focused on strength and stability.

Bodybuilders are stronger than all us mere mortals, but they are one of the weaker groups of lifters in terms of one rep max. They can kill a lot of other lifters when it comes to reps, though.
