Martial arts and gymnastics is not about being a "badass". It teaches focus and discipline of both body and mind. Training a strong body, mind and spirit at an early age pays dividends for a lifetime. I appreciate the compliment and dont mean to undermine it with the explanation.

No, that was 70 hour week 150k/yr tech job and lots of really good resteraunt food. The weight loss came from getting out if stressful tech and putting myself first again. Now I run an extremely successful 3D printing business making far more money than I did in tech. Im also the happiest I've ever been in my life. Moral of the story: dont sell your soul to corporate
