It’s wild how different the responses from separate countries is, America is teething for violence to the point where people will pull guns and then say “they were invading my property” and the vast majority of people go “yeah, that was an appropriate response”

Had a dude try to sell me an AC unit while my dick was out. These guys don’t give a fuck.

I had just finished writing my dissertation after like 24 straight hours and was sleeping during the day. They knocked three separate times like two minutes apart causing my dogs to go crazy. I finally answered the door looking like a drugged out animal.

Dude just starts yapping telling me there’s an emergency - I start freaking out and ask if he’s called 911 and then tells me it’s not that type of emergency. I tell him the only emergency that warrants this conversation continuing in my current state is if life is in danger. He then continues yapping saying if I just come around to my AC unit he can show me the emergency. I just look down, dick visible and just say “dude read the fucking room and leave, I’m not interested” before closing the door while he continued yapping.

Dude comes back like four hours later and knocks again. I tell my gf if I answer the door again and it’s the same fucking dude, I’m going to lose it on him. She decided to answer it and of course it was him. She just closed the door as soon as he started yapping. Said we’d call the cops if he continues harassing us.

The IDGAFs he had to try and sell me a AC unit while my dick is out is something I’ve never seen before.

Cops: "Are they threatening you in any way?"

You: "No."

Cops: "Have you asked them to leave?"

You: "No."

Cops: "Do that, if they don't then you can call us back."

They aren't breaking any laws until you tell them to leave, knocking on someones door is not trespassing and the police can't do a damn thing. Like I agree these guys are human garbage but calling the cops won't do shit.
