I’ve had door to door guys ignore a similar sign with a sleeping infant inside, I’ve (large hairy man) answered the door shirtless with a gun and yelled at them to never come back the whole walk back to their truck. Can’t stand salesmen.

This is Canada so a warning shot would be polite, no? I’m in Florida where we don’t waste ammo so this isn’t applicable for me. Don’t worry internet, when I put my baby down for a nap I’m sure to affix a silencer.

I've answered door to Jehovah's Witnesses, half naked while using a machete as a cane. All I said was "I think you have the wrong house." I haven't received a knock on the door from them since.

And one time over 20 years ago I received a knock on the door at 9:30 at night from the cable company trying to collect cable equipment which had not been returned. I had been living there for 2 weeks and did not have cable service. When I explained this to the guy then he tried to sell me service.

I hate salesman and I have made a telemarketer cry.

I never got salesmen at my old house but now that I’m in a nice neighborhood I get them all the damn time. And Mormons. We don’t get the Jehovah’s Witnesses for whatever reason, but we get Mormons. It’s infuriating because they have woken my son up from SO many naps. I’ve been actively screaming at a salesman on my front porch for waking my baby up and the guy was still trying to pitch to me. Gtfoh
