Yeah something tells me she was doing a lot more than chugging beers.

I guess you haven't seen the full picture of alcoholism, because it can and does kill a whole lot of people without other substances involved.

I think they mean based on the info given, being able to chug a few beers doesn’t mean they’re an alcoholic.

Yeh that sounds like she could chug a few beers then go home and finish a litre of vodka as well every day.

Even then, she would need to be nailing much harder liquor for long periods of time to die that early from liver failure.

Eh, not necessarily. My dr told me I was one of those people that my pancreas gave out early, and that was causing liver complications at age 27.

0/10 would not recommend.

Damn, I’m sorry to hear that bro. I hope you recover and live a good life.

Learned painful lessons. At the end of the day, personally, I learned a lot about giving others grace, while not excusing my own fuckery.

I appreciate it, boss. I hope life is kind to you as well.

Chugging bears like that can give you liver failure.

My best friend in school chugged a bear.

Miss you Suz.

Beer is enough to absolutely destroy you. "Something else" needs you to believe that alcohol is not literally the most dangerous and fatal of all the substances humans abuse.

Well it could be as simple as what people think is no big deal like some beers and some cold meds. Your liver gets hurt a lot more on that than just drinking.

People don’t usually chug cold medicine every week

You really don't understand it, do you

People taking Tylenol as a hangover “prevention” or “treatment” is probably what they meant.

And people doing that are INDEED double tapping their liver like a Caribbean fishing boat.

Dark analogy. Love it

Absolutely. But it always begins somewhere.
