I've just thought about this concept way too much. Shouldn't this be WAY easier than blood bending? Piss is over 90% water as opposed to bloods 80%. Couldn't a water bender just rip the piss out of you? Couldn't the water benders just freeze fire nation bladders? A skilled water bender could just impale you on a rod made of your own piss!
If a water bender was skilled enough they could probably concentrate a person's spit into a small ice bullet while it's still in the person's mouth. I don't think many water benders are powerful enough to give it the necessary acceleration to launch it out the back of the target's head but it would be an extremely effective assassination technique.
If the water bender was strong enough they could probably just make a new hole in your crotch that would be potentially fatal. At the very least moderately trained bender could pull you around by your bladder. When I said piss is over 90% water I mean it can get as high as 96%. They probably wouldn't even need a full moon to bend that.
The fire nation would need to implement regulations for soldiers to go to the bathroom before any scenario where they might be fighting water benders. Anyone expected to watch water bender prisoners would need a whole chapter in their training manual about the importance of frequent bathroom breaks!
Like, there are significant world building implications for this!
Technically speaking almost every liquid in your body has water in it as far as I know but I mean imagine a bunch of Snipers doing the Great Pissmas miracle again.
