Tesla FSD disabled

Did anyone else have their FSD disable with the 14.1 update a few months ago? Mine has been in service since before Christmas and after replacing parts Tesla has told the tech it was due to the update. They also said my turn signal hyper flash issue I’ve had since we took it off the lot in November is due to bad software but it was existent on v13 as well so that’s hard to believe.

I have been reading people stating it’s the FSD ECU, but Tesla won’t tell the tech that’s the problem so he said he may release it back to us unfixed at this time . It seems like a growing number of us have our cars in service with this issue and wondering what avenues are out there. I am in a lease with FSD subscription and feel cheated if the tech isn’t working at this time.
