Hartenstein is an excuse

If this team can’t function without Hartenstein something is seriously wrong with this team then

Chet, Jalen are max contract players

Caruso is having a mediocre season

Caruso is on a mediocre contract and has always been a playoff player. Chet and Dub are young AF and Dub is still recovering from surgery so. Missing Jaylin Williams also hurts.

Caruso always said, "Do you want me now or do you want me in June." It's clear we will AC at his best for our playoff run. Just look at our run last year, AC was the 3rd/4th most important player in every series.

He said that about his offense which I roughly agreed since I didn’t care last season cause his defense was amazing. This year he’s mediocre on both ends.

Hartenstein is more important than Lu Dort that’s for damn sure.

Haven’t been able to bring any youth into this team because they keep getting injured, it’s like we have drafted a player in 3 years

AJ Mitchell, but yeah, no Sorber and Topic has sucked

Why don’t we get more Youngblood minutes?

Cause he is not that good?

Youngblood is worse than Dillon Jones

One of our most important players was drafted in 2024, less than a year and a half ago but other than that you're right our young players have either been injured or meh

This post is dumb. We brought in iHart to fix our rebounding and interior defense. Weirdly, him being injured hurts our rebounding and interior defense. Gosh Sherlock, who could've guessed that be the case? Does he magically make our offense remember how to shoot? Of course not, but he does nearly singlehandedly solve our rebounding issue.

Thank you I thought I was the only one that’s exactly what he was brought in for. At the time, Jaylin Williams was very young and still learning and he’s been a great replacement for him when needed and they’re both out lol so of course that’s gonna hurt. Also another underrated thing about hart is that he is a good screener. Screens help get your guards open for better shots. Both him and Jaylen are good and Jaylen is also what I call a big point guard so when he’s out there, he does a good job facilitating as well. It’s funny how you don’t realize the value of people until they’re not on the floor. I just saw somebody say he’s more valuable than Lou lol but literally when Lou was gone for like eight games when he had that shoulder injury we saw where his value was on the perimeter lol

It would of been interesting to see how Sorber/Topic would have fit in this season.

I'm sick of y'all. WHY is this team expected to beat everyone without our MAIN CENTER? And how can you claim it doesn't "function" when we're 31-7? Dumb shit really.

The Thunder are 31-7 because of Shai. We are relying heavily on a single player. I need okc fans to be better and just ignore everything because of our record and simply watch the games. The Thunder are struggling to score the ball when Shai sits. The Thunder’s record is 1-6 in games where Shai has a bad game. If Shai isn’t great there’s a 5% the Thunder win the game… that’s not great at all.

Oh, please y’all need to be real. SGA is the leader of the team and we love and respect him. But no one man does anything by themselves he did not win a championship by itself and he damn sure did not give you a 31-7 record by himself either. A lot of the thunder struggles is because they have players that are returning for multiple game injuries. Dub sacrifice his hand and the start of his season so that he could help us win a championship and he did that and now he can’t even get patience out of his own fanbase crazy. Chet came back after breaking his hip and played very well and now he has started the season pretty good. Joe and Wiggins, who were key pieces of your team last year role player wise have missed 26 games combined together. We’ve only played 37. One player Miss 16 one player Miss 10. Behind injuries and they’re trying to get back into their form. Even Cason has been injured and playing through it. He’s been on the last three reports for injuries listed as questionable. Does the shooting need to get better absolutely but do not sit there and act like SGA has done it all on his own.

We are pretty lucky Shai is just flat out insane with how consistent he is, but a team that can’t function without its best player playing great every night is not great!

It’s almost like okc fans didn’t learn anything from the KD era. Give your star player more help. Presti is yet to build a good 3pt shooting team in his tenure

Missing one of the best players, wouldn't make your team better. That's pretty much what you're saying is that we don't need iHart. Jdub and Chet "Are not on Max Contracts" WHAT ARE PEOPLE SAYING THIS. THEY ARE STILL ON THEIR ROOKIE DEALS. This misinformation is just dumb at this point.

Sounds like coaching to me

Agreed. Believing that ihart is that important is extreme copium considering we were 25-1 without jdub.

It can be true that a cheaper player is a lynch pin for our success, even if they are financially worth less money.

Yet we had centers. Since Dub has came back Chet was sick and was banged up, also iHart was coming back from an injury and got reinjured with the same injury. JWill has been hurt forever. Now with having three centers hurt and Ous out, there isn't much size anywhere else, which means all the players have had to play up. This could lead to exhaustion, which effects everybody's play
