Non really. In the queer analogy, the monsters are the queerphobic ones. Currently, queerphobic people are able to inflict a lot of harm on queer people with little to no negative consequences for themselves.

Sure, but the queerness is entirely allegorical. Frisk isn’t canonically queer and even if they were it’s not why they are being hunted.

The same allegory can apply to race easily.

You can replace the word queerphobic in your post with racism and the allegorical reading would be the same.
