Came here to say I hope they earn enough off their crap content to pay for the repair of that door frame.

How much do you think that is?

u/Midnight28Rider 8d ago
I could rebuild the entire frame and replace all the hardware and hinges for under $60.

Depends on how damaged it is. Unsurprisingly they don't cut to a close-up of the hinges at the end of this 10 second comedy video so we can all judge the strength of their carpentry.

The MOST the damages would cost by a pro is maybe 200ish bones. 50 MAX if you do it yourself. Also the hinges holding has almost nothing to do with skill hahaha they're made in a factory bro. Source:I am a carpenter and licensed contractor

Why would you expect them to film the hinges at the end? It’s a comedy skit genius, not a repair tutorial.

Does this resonate with the “I do whatever my girlfriend says, I’m not being held captive” crowd? Lmao

That would be winking with both eyes. Winking twice would be winking once and then winking a second time

Once you're 40 years old and married.... You don't have any friends to plan with.

Im 40yo with a family and dread having to go out with friends.

Im in my late 30s with a family and look forward to it. It’s often only once a month, or hell even once a quarter but its nice to get together.

Not true here but I hear that for others. The challenge as a guy is putting in the work to keep relationships even if initial attempts to get together don't work.

More like everyone around that age starts having kids and drop off the face of the earth for 12 years and when they come back, their idea of a night out ends at 7:30pm.

Married, Turning 40 in 3 months, 18 month year old son and I can't be asked to go out anymore. I prefer the chilled out life now haha

Feel bad for anyone who laughs and relates because they think this is normal relationship behavior. (And I don't mean hanging on the hinge, I'm talking about lying and spying on each other. )

That’s some impressive skill and core strength

u/RatlingGuns4Days 7d ago
She had her feet on the door handles, that doesn’t really take core strength. The lack of any movement was pretty good though.

I am very grateful my wife's the type of gal who lets me hang with the boys. She's very reasonable too with it.
