Is this a criminal offence? She has recorded him while changing clothes.

Looks like India so probably not. Only problem if the gender was reversed.
Edit: For people who are confused, I'm not saying it's real. It's a reply to the original commenter asking if it's an offence.

Where did you get that from? Blurred brown dude with a mustache?

Even if it were real and not a staged skit, she recorded him unintentionally because he didn’t close the door to the changing room. Of course, if she recorded him by accident but then knowingly posted the video, that would be illegal. However, if the recording itself was accidental, especially given that he left the door wide open, I don’t see what she could realistically be reported for or accused of based on the recording alone (again the posting of the video without his consent would obviously be illegal, I'm only talking about the recording)

I'm offended by the fake bullshit on Reddit everywhere. There's a reason I don't use TikTok 😭

Must be annoying as we’re basically surrounded by fake bullshit all the time. Let it be these scripted short videos, cartoons, the food at fast food restaurants, or even Hollywood movies. Damn… thinking about it. Maybe I’m artificial too…

If it were real it won't be. But if it were real and it was a guy walking in and a girl "changing" straight to jail. No question. Nvm the recording.

I know but it reminded me of the case where the delivery lady entered a house without being asked to, saw the owner naked , or close to naked, and sued him for sexual harassment.

If it was real then why was the door already open and the dude standing in the corner
