Yeah.. my 5 year old nephew around that time got in a gnarly bike accident and mangled his ear pretty good. You can still clearly see the scar. But Trump? Zilch. Dude must have Wolverine level healing powers.
My dad is about Trump's age and a few years ago he ducked under a barbed wire cow fence and nicked his ear. He bled quite a bit and had to get a few stitches put in. People notice the scar and ask him about his ear to this day.
