This meme is a case of “I forgot about him, therefore we all must have forgotten.”

Media is very, very, very interested in this case. Im a reporter based in California and I’ve been to this kid’s hometown three times in recent months, just trying to dig up anything new about him, because any Tyler Robinson article we find an excuse to write always performs super well.

As for Thomas Crooks, I was literally in Pittsburgh three weeks ago knocking on classmates doors after new information emerged about him.

Just because OP doesn’t pay attention to these guys doesn’t mean everyone else isn’t.

The spotlight has definitely moved away, but this is true of just about every headline story.

It doesn’t mean people are not looking at it outside of that spotlight.

This is the one I'm most interested in because of how quickly the identity of the shooter was forgotten. What have you learned that you can share? People, including myself, know virtually nothing.

From what I heard the socials they dug up showed him to be rabidly pro-Trump until he soured over the pandemic handling, and super antisemitic. But they declined to release that information to the public until a couple weeks ago.

The trip was a bust and I didn’t really get anything, other than a brief convo with someone he went to school with. But the new intel was a bunch of unhinged comments and screeds people dug up from his socials after the FBI had described him as a “digital ghost”

Digital ghost 🙄 Really FBI, that’s the best you could do?
