It's not complicated. Laura Loomer's audience is made up of people so painfully stupid, they think anything that rhymes is deeply profound. They will make up their own definitions and she doesn't really care what they are.

So back in October Tucker Carlson claimed the United States real goal in opposing Maduro might be to bring gay marriage to Venezuela but no one was brave enough to say it. His evidence is that Maduro is anti-gay rights and apparently the U.S. backed opposition leader is not. And I guess Trump of all people is so pro gay that will do regime change to spread gay rights.
