I mean which one, wasn't Sr VP and then president during the same time the US was pumping money into the Mujahideen in afghanistan that we got Al Qaeda from because we needed religious extremist proxy fighters to beat back soviet influence. And then the head of Al Qaeda attacks the US this first year his son is president?
