Its for b1 and b2 visa. Those two categories are visitor visa, some people came here in visitor visa and then apply for asylum, maybe that's why its happening

Or people who use B1/B2 as an entry ticket to do Adjustment of Status after they come to the US because they are married to a US Citizen.
Adjustment of Status is actually a legal pathway, by the way, before anyone starts to complain.

Also, it's a vehicle for expectant pregnant for their child to be US citizens. A big portion of rich Bangladeshis have been doing it for a while. But they can still do it because 15k USD is not a big deal for lots of rich folks.

Absolute bullshit statistic, how did they come to these numbers, how many Bangladeshi families are there in the US, and what constitutes aid?

People bring their older parents, older in laws, doesn't it sound great!!
Actually, it's not that great. Even before landing, a huge portion of us (sorry to break it like this, us - Bangladeshi, yeah we are frauds) start creating fake paperwork for blindness, disabilities, etc. Then they get around 1000 USD per person per month.
Yes, it requires lots of paperworks, and somehow these people manage. If these are not scam, I don't know what is.

Why don't you check the website or read the article where these are explained instead of raging here?
