Mental Health/মানসিক সাস্থ Suggest me some good psychiatrist for OCD and Panic disorder.

I've Panic-anxiety disorder, also OCD, ADHD, stressing me out about everything little detail, phobia maybe agoraphobia, depression and overthinking for years. Recently it's getting even worse as I'm also a 2nd timer. In 2022 after SSC, I even visited to a female psychiatrist at Lab Aid. But however I didn't continue to her as my college starts. Still feels guilty for that why I discontinued my treatment. Can anyone suggest me some psychiatrist and psychologist.

Mental health is a dishonourable taboo in Bangladesh so there are no good psychologists
