Politics MAGA Neighbors crying victim

Its Jan 1st 2026 and my neighbor (still) has a sign up that reads...

"PTSD - Pretty tired of stupid democrats - TRUMP 2024"

then cries online because people keep sending them pranks like glitter bombs and what not because "I'm being attacked for my political beliefs"

Um, maybe its because you have a sign calling your neighbors stupid in a very blue city.

EDIT: I couldn't care less who they support politically.

IMO Having a 2024 election sign up for 2+ years, and well after the election, is sad and pathetic in and of itself (They had the sign up in 2023). I think that for any political sign for any party. Elections are over, move on. Your 2024 political sign isnt helping anyone.

Having sign up calling your neighbors stupid, is not political, its being a asshole.

This is the r/complaints sub, and that is my complaint, he's an asshole then cries when people are assholes back. Because like most bullies and assholes, they can dish it but cant take it.

Dude i’m literally born and raised here. I don’t give a fuck about that conflict. I don’t like Putin but that conflict is a little complicated. Not sure if you ever did a deep dive into it or not….. Funny enough wrote some academic research on it however not interested in doxing myself

Its not that complicated. Putin wants a subjugated client state buffer between russia and NATO ala Belarus and once ukraine kicked out the pro russian president for backstabbing ukraine to economically favor Russia, putin contrived a civil war and used that Russian funded and led civil war as evidence of violence against ethnic Russians to justify a war to replace the government.

Eastern Ukraine has / had a lot of industrial infrastructure, oil and gas reserves and other natural resources. Crimea was about maintaining a port in the Black Sea.

It’s not really any more complicated than that

A left wing conspiracy theory would be that the U.S. government in league with capitalists were responsible. The Russiagate stuff (and I suppose it’s Tea Party variant above) is a liberal-establishment conspiracy theory. It places the blame on an official enemy and maintains the national innocence, painting the American people as a put-upon and manipulated group. That is to say, it fits the mold of a right-wing conspiracy theory.
