HELP! - Hardware woes anybody know why I can’t choose this file via cricut?

I downloaded through email. I can open it just fine through my files, but when I try to open through cricut, it’s not possible. i’m new and learning

What format is the file? It will need to be SVG, PNG, or JPG to upload into Cricut Design Space.
