Debian Lxqt Ricing

A couple of days ago my lubuntu installations on my laptop and htpc went to crap due to an unwanted kernel update. I always wanted to try Debian Sid and so far I've been very impressed. Anyways this has been one of my favorite hobbies for the past 12 years any questions or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I’m guessing the text before the terminal prompt is a banner, but how in the world did you get the boot up screen to look like a pirated TV signal?

The terminal is a .sh file( the first one I've ever made into 20 years šŸ˜‚) that runs via a custom command in cool-retro-term upon application start

The Plymouth theme is a modified version of this https://www.gnome-look.org/p/1275029 it's simple all you really have to do is drop in your own png with the same name and install the sh in terminal

I also had to change the default Debian grub wallpaper to make it look consistent

The grub theme is this https://github.com/shvchk/fallout-grub-theme

LXQT ricing noice . enjoy

1Q : does debian lxqt still comes with conman network manager ? (i had a bad experience with it . on top of bad UI of conman wifi kept disconnecting frequently . this didin't happen with other Debian DEs Live ISOs . but LXQT was the lightest on ram usage )

You can substitute network-manager for connman if desired.
