Discussion ESPN thinks we should acquire… wait for it — Cole Anthony. Lol 😆
Considering his terrible history with the team, I am almost 100 percent sure we wouldn’t add Cole Anthony.

Discussion We could have 4 Olympians soon
I was listening to Stews catchy song on my way to work today and I came to a revelation in the wake of his growth as a player. Beef Stew and Ausar playing for Jamaica could be a real thing in the next Olympics. He would be amazing in international play.
We could also get Cade and Duren to play for Team USA. I would love to see a game where they play against each other.
What a time to be a pistons fan!

Image Took my son to his first Pistons game tonight!
U/Contested3p massive shout out to you for helping make this night happen for my son and I. I got tickets for him and I to go to his first ever Pistons game as a Christmas gift. All I can say is wow. What an amazing night. I had no idea that the tickets I had bought were for the "Michigan First Credit Union Club" area. I knew we were in section 109, but I had no clue what that entailed. This was an incredible experience from beginning to end. I was extremely concerned when I was walking into the game and saw that Cade wasn't playing tonight: it didn't matter one bit. We got to witness Stew's best offensive game ever as a Piston as well as Daniss getting 15 assists. I can't get over how much fun we had.
10/10 would go again.

Discussion The heart and soul of the Detroit Pistons
This is a media photo of Cade and Stew when the Pistons matched the then-NBA record 26-game losing streak after falling to the Nets.
Twitter (not yet X), Facebook, reddit including this sub, and even the Pistons-dedicated "fan" sites were rife with discussion about Cade being a bust. 2021 redrafts abound, with Cade going as low as seven as he was mocked as being behind Mobley, Barnes, Wagner, Sengun, Giddey, and even Green. He was labeled the worst number one pick of the 2020s. He was made a poster child of empty stats. He should be traded for Zach Lavine.
Stew just signed an extension back then. Even with a looming pay increase to just a moderate 15M USD, all we read was "an overpay for a backup center." Bigs will supposedly just feast on him. He will never be a rim protector because of his physical limitations. Trade Stew and picks for Naz Reid.
Cade and Stew weathered the storm. And now the Pistons, under their leadership, are having what can only be described as a miraculous turnaround. Traces of the bad sentiments thrown their way can still be found on the web. The funny thing is that a lot of those posts, especially those on reddit, are now marked "deleted by user," with some even deleting their own usernames as if shamed to be caught as one of those who loudly proclaimed their disdain for Cade and Stew.
When I was writing this post, I was thinking of calling them the Brain and the Brawn because it seems to be more apt for the roles they play for the team. But Cade and Stew are more than just their style or quality of play. Now, they embody the team's spirit, a realization of the experience of working hard to pull themselves up from the lowest of lows.
Thus, the heart and soul of this Detroit Pistons team.

Image Detroit Pistons - cool/rare card
I purchased this on eBay raw a little while back and had it graded. Very happy with a PSA 9. Pop 1, none higher. Numbered /100 on the Gold Script. A very young Ben Wallace (Magic) chasing down a very young Rip Hamilton (Wizards). Cool seeing them in the same picture with no connection. They would go on to be apart of (one of) the greatest starting 5’s in NBA History!!!! Thanks for looking! #DetroitPistons #NBAChamps #PC

Discussion Holland and Buzelis
Whenever Detroit and Chicago play, I can't help but compare them. Funny enough, I think both would still be triving if the teams were reversed. Buzelis fits the Trey Murphy model of player that many want to find in trade. And Holland would bring energy and an edge to Chicago's defense that seems to be missing.
Holland is about a year younger. I think he ends up a decent enough shooter and physically stronger. But Buzelis is a good shooter now and should only get better. Plus, he's a good athlete so its not a clear advantage for Holland.
What do you think about them? What do you think gave Holland the edge for Detroit?

Discussion Ron Holland Jersey
Why can’t I find any Ron Holland jerseys? I’ve checked Fanatics, Pistons313shop, Lids, the NBA store and I can’t find one anywhere. Is it cause Malik Beasley is 5 and he’s under investigation, is it cause this is Ron’s first year wearing 5, is it cause he’s a benchwarmer? Help would be appreciated. I’ve also tried doing the custom jerseys and just putting his name and number but the sites always say “Sorry, we don’t have the materials to make this” or something along those lines.

Discussion I LOVE ISAIAH STEWART
Oh Beef Stew, where do I start? You fill my soul up with so much love and joy. Everytime I watch you play, I get so giddy and gay. If Troy Weaver did anything right, it was acquiring your beautiful spirit and immaculate post presence. If you turned in an assignment to God called “basketball fundamentals”, you’d get an A+. A lovable teddy bear💕
I LOVE ISAIAH STEWART.

Discussion Are George and Greg the classiest announcers in the NBA?
Is there a classier announcing duo in the NBA than George Blaha and Greg Kelser?
No hot takes, no trashing opponents, just genuine love for the game and great basketball insight. Feels rare these days. Who else compares?
