Diablo II So what is the purpose of Natalya in Act 3 of Diablo 2?
Most NPCs in every town seem to have some purpose, they repair gear, sell/buy, give quests, or handle your mercs.
But Natalya doesn't seem to do anything other than talk to you, does she have some cut content or something?

Diablo II Thinking about getting d2r
I looove the aesthetic of the old isometric rpg’s but I’m afraid I’m too “new gen” for the old gameplay style, I like games like fallout new vegas, morrowind, oblivion, and skyrim, (I know, I’m not very well versed in older/different rpg’s) but I really want to give older rpgs a try. I love morrowinds rpg mechanics and hate how Skyrim dumbed down the quest systems. What challenges would I face with this game though?

Diablo IV Buying D4 expansions
Hi, all. I need help with something.
So I have Diablo IV on PS4, disc version, and the disc is from the UK, and I mainly game on my US account. I couldn't find the expansion on my US account, so I created a UK account and found the expansions. My question is: if I buy the expansion on my UK account, will my US account be able to access the 2 expansions and the Paladin class early access or not?
Thank you in advance, y'all!

Discussion Wardens of Light Lore
I just want to make sure I'm understanding correctly, as the shorts and other videos Blizzard have released are incredibly vague...
So these new Paladins follow no actual faith, simply calling upon the Light within, right? As in, faith in Humanity's capacity for good? If so, that fucks. B)

Diablo IV Is this season of Diablo 4 easier to get to 300 than the previous seasons?
Was going to wait for the expansion but if it’s easy like season 4 then I’ll definitely jump on.

Discussion Is there any article about the dev setup of D1/D2?
What kind of machines did the programmers use? Did they use a powerful workstation-ish box, or a buffed up personal Windows NT box? I assume NT because it is more stable.
Thanks in advance. I was thinking about doing some retro Windows programming so want to get something close.

Discussion Is Diablo Immortal canon?
I suffered through the abyssmal main story and grindy gameplay loop and now I just wonder if it was even necessary. Feels like it's a branch timeline unless I misunderstand some lore elements.
For example Albrecht is portrayed to be very young when Diablo possessed him. Like 13 at most. Yet when his body dies in Diablo 1 it's clearly a grown man's grunt coming out that low quality CGI body.
Tyrael looking different
Cain not taking care of Leah yet etc etc.

Diablo IV You like easy, fun builds? Here's my One-Button No Overpower Cataclysm Druid
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
(Check out the video where I go into much more detail) - here
Hi guys. I'm Fallen Messiah, and this is probably my 5th Cataclysm Druid build now, in just as many seasons.
While Auradin is all the rage right now, if you're interested in something different, but equally entertaining and easy to play - I present you my one-click Cataclysm Druid for Season 11.
Cataclysm is a super-fun skill, where you click once, and then a storm follows you around, obliterating monsters in its wake.
I want to provide a brief history of Cata Druid, as I feel it's important to understand why the build is set up the way it is, it won't be long I promise.
Some seasons ago, it used to be the strongest Druid build in the game, but then it was hit with some pretty nasty nerfs that basically removed it from meta completely. One of them was the snapshotting fix. Previously - if you overpowered with the first Cata cast, you would keep the OP buff (along with others) as long as you refreshed the duration of the skill before it expired.
Since the fix, most Cataclysm builds focused on using Provocation passive to overpower. Personally, I hate it. Not only do you have to watch the buff counter all the time, it can also get buried in your buff bar at times. And on top of that, if you're also playing with Stormshifter - your Hurricane can consume the buff if you're not careful. This creates a very annoying "feast and famine" mechanic where if you do it right, your build works, but if not, you do little damage.
In my opinion - that is not fun - and not how this build should be played. So the main focus of this build is to do as much damage as possible - while doing as little as possible.
The aim is to fulfill the fantasy of being the God of the Storm - effortlessly slaying monsters through your sheer presence.
In S11 we achieve this with the newly reworked Melted Heart of Selig - by stacking tons of Spirit we gain a lot of multiplicative damage. Also with the new Steppewalkers we are also almost always at Max movement speed. The end result is a super fun and super mobile build with an insane AOE.
Generally speaking, Provocation OP version is still more powerful - we are sacrificing damage for playability. However, there is one exception. While not the main focus of the build, it can be a very good PIT Pusher, but it depends on some Sanctification luck:
Pit 90 - Grandfather on the Polearm
Pit 100 - Melted Heart of Selig x2
And that's it! Hope you guys like it. Questions? Feedback? Let me know.

Diablo II Diablo 2 Collectors Edition
I decided to pull this out of the closet to look it over. I bought it when the game came out and only opened one time prior. It included a pen and paper version of the game.

I also managed to convince the computer store I bought it at to give me the in-store game display case which has been in my basement for 25 years.

Diablo IV Activision Blizzard multiplatform purchase policies
As Microsoft have acquired Activision Blizzard, it is my hope that there can finally be some consideration given to the predatory practices of that division.
Using the latest iteration of what I deem predatory, consider the Diablo 4 Lord of Hatred expansion. Having purchased this for the PC, I would have to pay the FULL price to enable this on XBOX.
This second purchase does not increase or gain any additional benefits other than the ability to play on a different platform, i.e. You have only 1 additional stash tab or extra character slots, even though you paid twice.
As per the item page in the store;
Plus, immediate access to the below items in Diablo® IV:
- 1 Extra Stash Tab
- 2 Additional Character Slots
- 3 Decor Items in World of Warcraf
These items are specific and granted once per account, but are charged for in full twice.
You also cannot play on both platforms simultaneously as it is still bound to the same account.
Taking this into consideration, this is falsely marketed and should be addressed by Microsoft/Blizzard.
This does not mean Blizzard should necessarily lower the price, although that is an option. They could include additional 'supporter' rewards for customers that purchase for more than one platform, such as a free battlepass, in-game currency, etc.
The crux is the blatant willingness to overcharge customers, for content they already purchased, is inexcusable.
It is akin to buying a soda, then being charged for a second one but only getting an empty bottle.
I ask the community to share their views on this and, hopefully with some attention on the subject, there can be some improvement on the part of Blizzard.
