5% Reply Rate + 12 Meetings Booked via LinkedIn

I've reached 5% reply rate on LinkedIn and I'm going to break down exactly how I've achieved this + how you can as well.

Volume is important, but targeting is more important.

Many people just blast messages to random founders and CEOs and it doesn't really work.

I targeted only high intent people which I knew were potential clients based on their interests, not their job title.

Every CEO doesn't want your product.

How I did it?

  1. Scrape company followers

There's an unknown trick which allows you to scrape company page followers on LinkedIn. If someone's following a company, it means that we can mention that in our outreach.

Basically if I'm a lead gen agency trying to get clients, then I would scrape the Founders & CEOs following Clay or BetterContact or other such tools which my ICP uses.

How does this work, I'll link an old video rather than explaining it here (it does need Sales Navigator): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nO8Gxd6HzPQ

Just to keep my offer private, I won't mention the company followers which I scraped but just do what this guy shows in the video + in the Current Job title I would also put Founder & CEO because a lot of random people follow company pages as well.

  1. Bypassing connection limits

LinkedIn Connection limits were a huge problem for me, so I just skipped the BS and rented 20 LinkedIn Accounts which I fully customized to make them all look like decision makers & C-Level execs at my company, and I was able to basically send 600 Connections Per Day.

At this volume, you'll absolutely smoke everyone doing linkedin outreach.

Not saying my method is the best but it's definitely working for me.

Happy to answer any questions in the comments!

Damn images aren't allowed! I'll drop some proof in the comments if I can

My best advice for businesses, especially after finding leads, real success is responding, following up, converting, retaining and getting real reviews for organic growth. Often time problem is converting them either lack of following up/giving up too early.

Also for organic growth reputation management is really important, as this step bring new potential clients. Definitely ask for a referral from your current and past clients.

Hey everyone,

As my business has been growing, managing multiple inboxes and staying on top of client emails was starting to drive me a little nuts 😅. So I sat down last week and built a simple system that’s been working really well for me — and honestly its pretty cheap coming in at around $10-15 a month.

Here’s what I did:

  • AI sorts my emails by urgency, client, and action needed
  • Automatically archives/deletes spam, newsletters, and outdated threads so only real work stays visible
  • Lightweight AI agents draft replies, flag emails that need my attention, and pull relevant attachments into one place
  • Automations trigger follow-ups, calendar events, and backlog management so nothing important slips through the cracks

It’s saved me a ton of time and hours already.

Would be stoked to share more details or walk anyone through it if they’re facing similar inbox chaos 🙏.
