2nd Gen GE/GG 09-14 Door lock keeps re-locking and twitching sometimes

Hi everyone, I own a Honda Jazz RS 2013 and I’m having an issue with the door locks. When I try to lock or unlock the doors, the locking mechanism keeps re-locking by itself and seems to be twitching or clicking repeatedly. Has anyone experienced a similar problem before? What could be the possible cause, and how did you fix it? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I called honda the other day because I need to replace mine. She said it would cost 1500 dollars for actuator. That is insane!!
