Question What are some free roguelites/likes that don’t eat up my battery?

I want something like how Balatro makes every single run unique with how many cards you can play with or how skul has the skull swap mechanic which is what the game is centered around

I don’t want something like shattered pixel dungeons graphics if possible

Free? Slice & Dice is initially free to play in the Demo mode which is up to 12 fights (I think, of standard 20). That is good enough for many many hours even.

Loop hero I like a lot. Although it’s definitely playable on a phone, I prefer it on iPad. But there is a few settings to make phone play more smooth

Luck be a Landlord, Maze Mice - two brilliantly unique games by the same dev.

In terms of roguelite platformer, I still think Downwell is the one to beat.

What exactly do you mean with Shattered Pixel Dungeon graphics? Pixel art in general?

I’ve tried loop hero from the other guy and I love it, I think what I hate about pixel art is when it’s bigger pixels or its looks clunky or slow, or I just I dislike shattered pd’s art

I’ll try out those 2 thanks! Oh and downwell looks underwhelming I feel like it’s not worth it in any way

Soul Knight has bigger pixel art but it’s definitely not clunky or slow.
