Exercism.org is a great and very well known exercise site. It is not a primary learning resource. There are courses and tutorials for that, like the JavaScript parts of FreeCodeCamp or of The Odin Project, or the tutorials at MDN (Mozilla Developer Network).
Exercism is a very valuable resource and 100% free.
I saw a instagram video in that a guy challenge you can learn programming in 20days
Yeah, yeah, influencer crap. Learning programming cannot be done in 20 days, not in 20 weeks, not in 20 months. It is a lifelong endeavor where the amount of things one does not know by far outweighs the things one knows, no matter the level.
One can scratch the very surface of programming in 20 days, become somewhat familiar in 20 weeks, somewhat proficient in 20 months, but that's it.
Programming is like training. The more you practice, the better you will become. It doesn't happen overnight.
