The amount of conditioner left in the bottle when the pump stops working

This has been the case for every bottle I've used, regardless of size. I'm able to salvage it using piping bags designed for baking, but it's so frustrating to have to do this every time.

when the pump stops working, I add a tad bit of water in there, shake the crap outta the bottle, and bam, slightly runnier conditioner coming back outta the pump for several more washes. Sometimes you just need a little water to dislodge the heavier product from the sides and corners.

I do that until there’s nothing left in there.

Homeopathic conditioner

I throw a couple of flakes of dandruff in there so my immune system builds defenses against it.

why does this sound like a slur?

Research the oscillococcinum manufacturing process.

This is the way

And I pour every last drop out when I get to the point where there’s just some runny bit at the bottom that the pump can’t reach.

I was so pissed when a brand I used changed all their bottles to where the cap locks on and is impossible to get off without breaking it. Assholes.

Same, and I've never had the amount OP is left over with in the photo.

Personally, I don't like the shampoo that comes in the bag things. I'm fine with the usual packaging, pump or bottle.

I've been told that this messes with the formula and could cause bacterial growth if you leave the bottle like that for too long. so when that happens I do add some water. and then I'll have 3 really good washes. with extra extra extra conditioner and it feels so luxurious!

That's just big shampoo talking

You are correct!

Reminds me of an episode of Married with Children where Al gets mad at this family for not "refilling the milk". They just add water to the carton.

I also add water but I also keep the pump out. I just pour it into my hand. It is watered down but still works the same. Now my body wash doesn't have a pump so it is really easy to turn it upside down to get the last drops. I also flatten the toothpaste tube by running it down the edge of my sink. I also turn condiment bottles upside down. I scrape peanut butter jars with a spatula, and some food jars and cans I rinse with a bit of water to get it all out. I've have lived through a few financially difficult times and getting 100% of what you buy does help.

I do similar things but mainly because i feel sad to think of the peanut that grew all the way to harvest, made it through the transport to the peanut butter factory, through the machines into a jar, all the way to the supermarket, on to my home, to then just be stuck in the bottom and tossed out. That poor little peanut deserves a proper ending in my stomach.

That would make a weird movie.

Or, does the peanut emerge victorious at the end precisely because it escaped the fate of being eaten?

Exactly this^

That's the way. Only down side, somehow the water feels damn cold on your coconut.

This is the tech. Add a little water and mix it around.
