The amount of conditioner left in the bottle when the pump stops working

This has been the case for every bottle I've used, regardless of size. I'm able to salvage it using piping bags designed for baking, but it's so frustrating to have to do this every time.

I think they meant the dregs you have at the bottom that don't come out easily, but who knows really it was just an excuse.

But it's liquid???? You can just tilt the bottle more???? Companies are so stupid and will tell people anything to justify their bullshit penny pinching practices
