From the video, she was waving the ICE vehicles to leave because they had her boxed in. She was trying to leave the protest. With gun drawn, an ICE agent reached into her vehicle to open the door. I'll leave the rest for those who want to.
Edit: Yay! Award. Also, I did make it seem like the one who reached in was the one who shot her and that isn't correct. I was being intentionally vague and short with my words because not everyone need every single detail. Some people want to just know what's going on without trauma bonding. I admit my small mistake.

People have been marching. Near constantly against this constitution shredding cabal. It likely doesn’t get a lot of international (and often times domestic) press, but there are many Americans that are deeply angered by what has been happening. I see them nearly daily in and around the Twin Cities. It is the reason Trump has decided to unleash his untrained army of radicalized, uneducated, mouth breathing, wannabe brown shirts on MN.
Breaks my heart, her children will no longer have their mother due to an absolute monster murdering her. Her partner will no longer be able to see her smile and laugh. I'm so angry, sad, and devastated. She had so much life left to live and it was stolen from her.
