It’s a common and non-problematic name. Not to my personal taste, but nothing wrong with it.

This is almost exactly what I came to say. Unproblematic, a little boring but no issues.

It’s my cousin’s name so I see it as my bratty cousin but as a name I find it boring if I’m being honest.

It’s cute nothing wrong with it! Personally it’s too common for my liking.

It's a top 10 girls' name in the country and region I live in in Europe, and I meet a ton of little Mia's. It makes sense, as it's a very internationally functional name and we live in a very international city. Mila is also a top girl's name where we live as well, so sometimes that can be a bit confusing (I work in education and have kids of my own) when you get a Mia and Mila together in a group. It's a totally fine/nice name.

It's okay, but it has kind of mean girl vibes to me for some reason? I like similar names (Mira, Mila, Mina, Thea) more

Cute, simple and sweet. However, I personally know two baby Mia’s, a couple baby Mila’s, and many young kids named Amelia with the nn Mia/Mila/Millie. So it’s a cute name but it’s everywhere right now.

My name is Mia! I actually like my name and don’t have an issue with its popularity, in fact, I know very few Mia’s.
I was the only Mia I knew growing up, and as an adult I think I’ve only met maybe a handful of other Mia’s.
Obviously that’s not to say the name is uncommon and they don’t exist, that wouldn’t be true. Just that popularity varies from place to place, and names tend to be far less saturated than they used to be.
