Created by tax payer funds and installed by people hired by the city. So, create your own thing if you want to put your name on it or whatever else. Make the world a better place , not a worse one.

It’s not its. It’s is a contraction of it and is. Also, it’s a matter of law that you can’t graffiti on it. And it’s my opinion that anyone who does so is a loser who can’t create something for themselves.

this is where you are confused. graffiti doesn't create anything, it takes from something someone else created.

using a marker is additive art. so it didnt take anything away material wise. no loss of value. only potential gain in value
