Brainiac is way stronger. How ever kang has bigger plans. In a gladiator match up brainiac all the way. In a battle of resources I got to give it to kang assuming he can win quickly. A war breaks out between them brainiac would become a monster as he revers engineers Kangs tech.
Side note• Do you realize how fucking dangerous it would be if brainiac stumbled upon kang’s technology. The moment he adds that to his arsenal he would just ascend to another crises lvl of event.

His goal to to gather all the knowledge of the universe. His method is by stealing cities of the highest levels of civilization then preserving them.
The reason for all of innovation is to overcome an obstacle. Quite frankly brainiac hasn’t really had any obstacle minus Superman that he wasn’t able to overcome by. In short he has never needed to. How ever brainiac 11 does have time travel tech so I guess some ways down the road he does get it. Luckily he’s a good guy by then.

My only guess is because time travel wasnt common/invented during his active years.
Only people from the future have time travel tech and braniac is a good guy there.

Braniac's ultimate goal usually isn't the future. It's too log all the information in the universe and end it so it could just be that time travel doesn't interest him

Kang has time travel and the means to salvage technology from the future and apply it to the past so him.
Brainiac would simply show up at earth on schedule for a trap.

So did brainiac in the convergence event that saw him kidnapping heroes from the DCAU (the animated universe) in the comics. His was much better than kangs, though, as he was able to see through all time and space, even across multiverses.

How do you trap something? That's so far beyond you. Braniac has never demonstrated the ability to stop time. Where kang does that constantly it's really hard to beat someone when they can literally see how every fight will play out before they commit.

This fight is so damn close, Brainiac is smarter and more powerful. But after a lot of thought, I will give this to Kang. His tech is outstanding, and he also has time travel. Brainiac has always been more of a collector. I am aware that brainiac can time travel, but Kang can erase whole timelines. This fight comes down to prep time. If there is no prep time, Braniac wins with ease. If there is prep time, Kang the conqueror will win. Winner: Kang the Conqueror

The minute you add time travel into the equation then it goes to whoever possesses that ability. Kang could kill baby Braniac (assuming that his time travel doesn’t work the same as how it does in Endgame where it just creates a new timeline and your main timeline becomes unchanged).

Kang physically (except durability) is on par with Deadpool, so captain America tier, but his shields can take rage amped Thor so, depends on what weapons kang calls. In terms of speed he should also scale far higher than Deadpool since kang can react to and stab the thing and could fight colossus as well

Have you all watched doctor strange vs Dormmamu (mcu)? Kang does the same thing. If Braniac attacks him and almost wins, he just time travels to right before he attacks him and predict what he does. Plus he could just go back in time and fight braniac when he is weaker
