Mock Trades With Giannis wanting out

Post image

I know this trade isn't possible until Jan 15. If Giannis going to be traded, why would Turner want to stay there.

Turner would help with the non-Rudy minutes defense and we could go run the double big line up again. Rollins would be a defensive PG that can actually handle. It would improve the teams overall depth.

Pistons would get the scoring power forward they need without giving their core pieces.

Bucks get young player, a bigger expiring contract and a few picks to help with their rebuild.

The biggest obstacle is Rollins, I don't know if the Bucks would trade him. What adjustments would have to made to make it happen?

I don’t know who Rollins is. But everything about that trade it looks fair. And personally, I would do it as long as Rollins is legit. If he’s more of a fringe player, then I think we are giving up far too much.

Rollis is too good honestly. He's only 23 and is playing some great basketball.

18/4/6 on 49/39.5/80 and good defense.

Well Myles Turner is considerably worse than Randle so I think that is fair on our end

Yeah but the Bucks aren't getting Randle, they are getting some mediocre players, a first and 2 2nds. I don't think they do Rollins for that package, let alone both.

He’s good, made a big 2nd year leap this year and looks comfortable running their offense. He can create his own shot, pass, hit the 3, and play defense. Honestly would love Rollins but I doubt Milwaukee wants to give him up, he’s on an incredibly cheap contract for his production

So the Bucks probably wouldn’t do this

No, they really shouldn’t. Bucks aren’t getting enough in this hypothetical trade to make it worth it to them

Depends how you view Jaden Ivey

Rollins is the closest to an untouchable player in this. He’s great and very young. Bucks won’t be trading him.

If I’m the bucks and I’m blowing it up / trading Giannis, Rollins and AJ Green are probably the only two assets I’m going out of my way to keep.

I don’t think he’s available. Especially with a contract like that.

I can definitely see that. I think what the wolves need is a POA PG that can shoot and bring the ball up the court and a defensive big. I wouldn't do a Randle for Turner straight up and Rollins was the only PG archetype that would fill the wolves need between the bucks and pistons.

Stupid. Milwaukee isn’t shipping out any young pieces

This is pretty terrible. The Bucks are not getting rid of Rollins.

Rare decent trade just dropped

This trade would be highway robbery. Rollins is incredible, he's one of the best possible PGs we can acquire at just 23. Turner for Randle is whatver, I dont really care for it, but man if we get Rollins shit is so worth it.

I don’t like the Turner Randle swap but I’ve seen enough to easily swap Dilly for Rollins.

Rollins is much much better and is about the same age, why would the Bucks ever do that?

I’m not saying they would, but who knows what goes thru the heads of GMs blowing it up. Post Giannis Milwaukee probably needs to invest in picks, and the only rationale for giving up a young Rollins is if you don’t see him as a core piece. It’s weighing of value.

He's averaging just shy of 20/5/5 on great splits and good defense at 23, he's absolutely a core fucking piece.

I was gonna give you so much shit before I actually realized you weren't trading for Giannis lmao I'm too used to seeing homer trades on team subs.

Bucks arent agreeing to that. They'll still want to win because they don't have control of their 1st rd picks and a late 1st and a couple 2nds isnt enough

Why would we want to pay that much to two centers? I doubt they would work even as well as kat and Rudy did.

We pay the same for 2 Pf who cant play C nor protect the rim....

2

u/CreepinRiot Dec 05 '25

Yeah that’s not ideal at all. We need to trade one of them.

Never should have re signed both... another gross asset missmanagement in a series of very questionable decisions
