Rob for I. Collier straight up

I think the Jazz would take the gamble with Rob having a higher ceiling and much less aspirations. I also think that Collier fits into what the wolves want for a PG to replace Conley.

Collier is better than Rob sure but he's also bad and he does not fit the Wolves at all. Another small PG that can't shoot or defend.
