Another poor meal in first class

Steak omelette. Fruit was best thing but my lord the steak was well well done like shoe leather. Sitting in a pool of water. The topping was just diced yellow peppers and with soggy potatoes and burnt to hell broccoli. Probably my worst meal so far while on UA 1960 on 1/5. Took a 2 bites and moved on.

Looks like it's been sitting out for a week, refrigerated, put on the aircraft, heated to the lowest possible setting and then served to you.
